You have a market place and want to park in the parking lot at the market. You can request a parking permit by e-mail. Renewal of the parking permit is done via the Digital Parking Desk.
Please note!
The parking permit that you applied for via this website is valid until July 1, 2024. We are switching to a new system. That is why you must also apply for a parking permit from the Parking Service Cooperative for the period after July 1, 2024. This can be done via www.parkeerservice.nl/hilversum.
What do you need to know
- The 1st application for the parking permit is sent by e-mail. Renewal of the parking permit goes through the Digital Parking Desk
- The application is assessed by the market manager
- You will receive an email within a maximum of 5 working days stating whether your permit has been approved
- A maximum of 2 parking permits are issued per market place
Valid for how long
- Due to the switch to a new system, your permit after application is valid until June 30, 2024. From July 2024 we will extend the parking permit indefinitely. To do this, you must (re)apply for your permit once
- In April 2024 you will receive a letter stating how you can apply for your indefinite parking permit
- If anything changes, please apply for the parking permit again. For example, if you have a different registration number
What do you have to do
Request
- Request via publiekszaken@hilversum.nl
- After a maximum of 5 days you will know whether you will receive the permit. You will be notified about this
- You can then collect the parking permit from the City Office
- You pay the parking permit when you collect it
Extend
- You extend the parking permit via the Digital Parking Desk. You need your eHerkenning for this
What does it cost
€ 60,00 per year
If you apply for the permit during the year, you pay the full amount.
