What do you need to know

• You cannot apply for a parking permit for employees for the centre
• If there is no waiting list for the area, the parking permit will be issued immediately
• The application for a parking permit for employees takes a maximum of 4 weeks
• Schools can apply for 1,2 parking permits per classroom. For example: A school with 10 classrooms can apply for a maximum of 12 permits. If the number is odd, the number is rounded up
• Companies can apply for 1 parking permit per 250 m2
• The parking permit is registered on license plate and is valid for 1 car
• The parking permit is valid from Monday to Friday between 9.00:18.00 and XNUMX:XNUMX

Terms & conditions

• The vehicle has a valid Dutch registration
• The vehicle is in the employee's name
• If you have a lease car or company car, please enclose a copy of the lease contract or a statement from the lease company or employer. This states who the permanent driver of this car is. This is called a driver's statement
• The company or institution is registered with the Chamber of Commerce at an address in the license area
• Schools must demonstrate the number of classrooms via construction drawings or a map
• Companies must demonstrate the number of square meters via construction drawings or a map
• The vehicle is no longer than 6 meters or higher than 2,40 meters and no heavier than 3500 kilos
• You do not have your own parking facility, such as a parking space on your own property or a parking garage
• With your parking permit you cannot park in shopping streets during the opening hours of the shops. You must then buy a ticket

Valid for how long

• Due to the switch to a new system, your permit after application is valid until June 30, 2024. From July 2024 we will extend the parking permit indefinitely. To do this, you must (re)apply for your permit once
• In April 2024 you will receive a letter stating how you can apply for your indefinite parking permit
• If anything changes, please apply for the parking permit again. For example, if you have a different registration number
   

What do you have to do

• Request via the Digital Parking Desk
• For the application you need the following:
  • eHerkenning (level EH2 with the option location number)
  • Registration certificate of your vehicle
  • If the vehicle is not registered in the employee's name (lease car or company car), a copy of the lease contract and a driver's statement
  • Evidence that the employee for whom the permit is requested is employed by the company or institution
• You pay for your permit directly via iDeal
