The Municipality of Hilversum believes it is important that all our information is useful and accessible to everyone. Also information that is offered digitally. Internally, we are continuously working on improving digital accessibility. We regularly have this checked by external experts. In addition, we are in close contact with Hilversummers with a disability who, solicited and unsolicited, indicate to us what they encounter. We also test possible solutions with them.
The iburgerzakhilversum.nl/en part within Hilversum.nl. contains electronic forms. It has been determined to what extent iburgerzakhilversum.nl/en complies with WCAG 2.1, level AA. The research was carried out according to the guidelines of the Waarmerk thresholdvrij.nl, the Dutch quality mark for accessible websites.
