You apply for a temporary parking permit if it is necessary to park close to your work. This is called an incidental parking permit. Applications are made by e-mail. You will receive a decision on your application within a maximum of 5 working days.
What do you need to know
- You have a vehicle and carry out work in the city center area
- You can show that it is necessary to park in the immediate vicinity of the work
- Within a maximum of 5 working days you will receive an e-mail stating whether your permit has been approved
- After approval, you will receive a link in your email to pay for your permit
What do you have to do
- Request via publiekszaken@hilversum.nl
- For the application you need the following:
- Vehicle registration certificate
- Period for the permit
- Possibly your Chamber of Commerce (Chamber of Commerce) number
- Evidence that you have to perform work in the center
- After approval, you will receive a link in your email to pay for your permit. You pay via iDeal

If you do not want to apply for the permit online, you can go to the desk in the Municipal Office. You create a Appointment† You take with you:
- Vehicle registration certificate (copy)
- Period for the permit
- Possibly your Chamber of Commerce (Chamber of Commerce) number
- Evidence that you have to perform work in the center
