Mobile debris crusher

What do you need to know

• The construction and demolition waste is processed as follows the rules in section 7.2 of the Building Environment Decree (Bbl).
• You may only use a mobile rubble crusher between 07.00 a.m. and 19.00 p.m
• You may only use a mobile rubble crusher at the location you specified in the report  
• You may not bring rubble from other place(s) to the mobile rubble crusher
• You may not use the mobile rubble crusher in one place for more than 3 consecutive months
• You submit the online report at least 4 weeks before you start the work
• Please notify us 2 working days before the work toezicht.milieu@hilversum.nl that you are about to start work

What do you have to do

Information in your registration

• Cadastral location of the construction site where the mobile rubble crusher is located
• Name and address of the owner/organization of the mobile rubble crusher
• Name and telephone number of the contact person on site
• The noise level of the mobile rubble crusher in decibels, dB(A)
• Power of the installation (kW)
• When you think you will start the work and how long you think it will take
• The amount and type of construction waste (in tonnes)
• Who becomes the owner of the recycling granulate 

Send along

• Floor plan drawing:
• Scale 1:100 or 1:200
• Location of the construction site in relation to other buildings
• Precise position of the mobile rubble crusher on the construction site
• Copy product certificate of the rubble crusher

When to report

• You must report at least 4 weeks before you start the work
• You will be notified that we have received your report
• Please notify us 2 working days before the work toezicht.milieu@hilversum.nl that you are about to start work. We can then handle complaints immediately if there are any
