The sewer in the Oude Amersfoortseweg has deteriorated considerably. That is why the sewer is being replaced urgently. The work will start on Monday, March 25, 2024 and will last approximately 6 weeks.
What do you need to know
- This concerns the sewer in the Oude Amersfoortseweg, the section between the Oosterengweg and the van Linschotenlaan.
- A contractor carries out the work for the municipality
- After the sewerage work, the Oude Amersfoortseweg project team will discuss the redesign of the street with the residents. The residents receive an invitation for this
- No later than 1 week before the start of the work, residents will receive a door-to-door message containing, among other things, the final planning, information about parking and where the wheelie bins can be placed.
Schedule
The work will start on Monday, March 25, 2024 and will last approximately 6 weeks. The work is carried out in several phases. The contractor starts on the side of the intersection Oude Amersfoortseweg/Van Linschotenlaan. The work then moves a bit in the direction of the Oosterengweg.
The phases consist of:
- Phase 1: Intersection of Oude Amersfoortseweg – Van Linschotenlaan
- Phase 1a: Oude Amersfoortseweg between Van Linschotenlaan and Zeevaertweg
- Phase 2: Oude Amersfoortseweg between Zeevaertweg and Compagnieweg
- Phase 2a: Crossing Oude Amersfoortseweg Compagnieweg
- Phase 3: Oude Amersfoortseweg between Oosterengweg and Compagnieweg
How do we work
In each phase, a road section is broken up and a section of sewer pipe is replaced. The road section will then be closed again with a temporary paving stone so that the road can be used again as quickly as possible.
