If you move within or to Hilversum, please notify the municipality. This is possible from 4 weeks before to 5 days after your move date. This can be done online with DigiD or in person at the Municipal Office. If you move from Hilversum to another municipality, you must report this to your new municipality.

- Everyone aged 16 or older for themselves
- Parent(s)/guardian(s) for children up to 16 years old
- Spouses and registered partners for each other. If you live at the same address and are moving to the same address
- Adult child for parent(s). If you live at the same address and are moving to the same address
- Healthcare institutions for their clients
What do you have to do
You can notify us of your move in 2 ways:
- Report a move online with DigiD
- By appointment: you come personally to the Municipal Office. You make an appointment for this. You bring a valid ID with you
Your move will be processed after a maximum of 4 weeks.
Notify us of your move on time
You notify the municipality of changes in your personal data. If you don't do this, you can a fine to get.
