You want to sell alcohol in, for example, a sports canteen or community center. You must apply for an Alcohol Act permit (paracommercial). This permit used to be called the Liquor and Catering Act permit.

Terms & conditions
- Every manager in the application is at least 21 years old
- Para-commercial legal entities only need to register 2 managers with the permit. Only these 2 executives have the Social Hygiene Statement (SVH) necessary. If you would like to register more managers, the additional managers will also need the Social Hygiene Declaration
- If there are changes, for example an enlargement of the canteen or a change in the legal entity, you must apply for a permit again
- You do not sell alcohol to young people under the age of 18

- Copy of valid passport or ID card (not driver's license) of each manager (entrepreneur, director or employee)
- Form Law Bibob. You can download this with your permit application and send it completed and signed with the requested attachments

- Situation and/or construction drawing of a canteen or other catering premises with any terraces. Scale 1:100: also clearly indicate the sizes and the names of the locations

After your request
- We will only process your application once you have submitted all documents and data
- If you apply for a permit for the first time, it can take up to 6 months before you have the permit. Therefore, make your application on time

You also pay the costs if the permit is not granted or if you stop the application.
