What do you need to know

• You register new managers as soon as possible
• If managers no longer work in the company, you must deregister them within 1 month
• Every manager is at least:
  • 18 years if the company does not sell alcohol
  • 21 years if the company sells alcohol or is a coffee shop
• The executives are of good life conduct and are not under guardianship. This means, for example, that they have no heavy fines or convictions to their name
• At a company that sells alcohol, every manager must have the Social Hygiene Declaration (SVH) and be included in the register of the SVH
• During opening hours, at least 1 manager named in the permit must be present in the company

What do you have to do

Send along

• A valid proof of identity per manager (no driver's license)
• A signed employment contract for each manager. A letter of intent for an association or foundation

Treatment request

• We will only process your application once you have submitted all documents and data
• Once you have submitted the report, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from the municipality and the manager can get to work immediately
• After checking with the rules from the Horeca Ordinance Hilversum 2021, alcohol law license and the Law Bibob you will receive a modified attachment for your permit(s) from us
• The total application takes a maximum of 8 weeks

What does it cost

• If you deregister a manager when a new manager is registered, you only pay the registration costs. The costs of this are shown in the tables below. You will then not also pay for the removal of a manager
• If you only remove a supervisor, you will pay the costs as shown in the tables below
