What do you have to do
- You make an appointment
- You will personally visit us with the document on which you are going to put your signature. For example, a proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation
- If the documents have to be signed by more than one person, all persons must be present
- Bring a valid ID of anyone who needs to sign the form
- You sign the document in which the municipal official is present
- The municipal official states in the statement that the signature is yours
- The municipal official signs the statement
