Copy of civil status
A copy of the civil status is required if you want to prove in writing a birth, death, marriage, divorce or partner registration.
Declaration of good conduct (VOG)
A certificate of good conduct (VOG) is proof of good behaviour. Employers or organizations can request this.
Certificate of vita
You need proof for an organization that you are alive. You request this personally from the municipality. You make an appointment for this.
Proof of Dutch nationality
A document that proves that you have Dutch nationality.
gender reassignment
If you want to have your gender changed on your birth certificate, you can request a gender change from the municipality.
Legalize signature
If you need to prove that your signature is really yours, have your signature legalized (declare authentic). You make an appointment for this.
Confidentiality of personal data
The municipality has personal data such as your name, address, place of birth and date of birth. You can ask us to keep your personal data confidential.
Guarantee or accommodation
A guarantee and/or accommodation may be required if you receive guests from abroad. You make an appointment for this.
