We work with you and are happy to discuss things such as:
- To refer or not to refer
- Direct support for residents with simple problems
- Which approach is most suitable for multiple problems
- What is the availability of subsidized and contracted parties
- Who determines the own strength of residents and who takes control of cases
- How our various types of consultants, client managers, job coaches, debt counselors and directors work

You can refer a resident to the Social Square in 2 ways:
- If the resident is self-reliant enough, he/she can contact the Social Square
- Register the resident directly via 14 035
How a referral works
- In the case of simple problems, the Social Square employee will immediately process the application. You will receive feedback about the approach
- In the event of multiple problems, the resident will have a meeting with a director of the Social Square. This analyzes the request for help. The director then makes a plan of action together with the resident. The director periodically consults with you
