How a referral works

  • In the case of simple problems, the Social Square employee will immediately process the application. You will receive feedback about the approach
  • In the event of multiple problems, the resident will have a meeting with a director of the Social Square. This analyzes the request for help. The director then makes a plan of action together with the resident. The director periodically consults with you
