The controller

The administrative bodies of the municipality are each responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation. Retention of personal data

The municipality of Hilversum does not store your personal data for longer than is (legally) necessary for the purpose for which your data is used. In a number of cases, your data will be kept longer on the basis of the Archives Act.

Share with others

We may collaborate with organizations to perform our duties and responsibilities. This can be other government bodies, but sometimes also private parties. In certain cases, we share your personal data with those organizations.
