There are charging stations in Hilversum where you can charge an electric car. You need a charge card for this. Electric cars are only allowed to park here while charging.
What do you need to know
- You need a charging card to use a charging station. You can request this (subscription) from various providers. This is what you pay for
- you pay parking costs if the charging station is in a place where you normally have to pay to park

- You are not allowed to charge with a cable across the pavement. Not even with a gutter or mat over it
- In the event of a malfunction, call the service number on the charging station. The municipality does not handle malfunction reports
