You have a parking permit. With the 2Park app you can perform various parking actions yourself. For example, registering or deregistering a visit, increasing your parking balance or placing multiple license plates on a permit.
What do you need to know
- You use the 2Park app if you have visitors, want to increase your parking balance or if you want to place multiple license plates on your permit
- The 2Park app is a web-based app. This means that you can reach the app via a link that you type in the web browser of your phone, tablet or computer (my.2park.nl)
- You will not find the 2Park app in the Google Playstore or Apple Appstore
- The 2Park app is available in Dutch and English
- The 2Park app uses cookies to establish a secure connection and to monitor your privacy. If you don't allow the cookies, you won't be able to login
Multiple license plates on a permit
- You can place a maximum of 5 license plates on a permit
- The license plates must be in the name of the company or resident
- With the permit, only 1 car can be parked at a time in the permit area
- With the license plate switch you indicate which car is parked
What do you have to do
- Go to my.2park.nl† Note: without www in front of it
- Log in with your email address and password. Please make sure to use the email address you have in your file Digital Parking Desk is known
- You can click on 'remember me' and then on 'log in'. The next time you go to my.2park.nl you will be logged in automatically
- You can add a bookmark, favorite or shortcut in your web browser like Edge, Chrome or Safari

Start and stop parking action
- Log in with your email address and password
- Press the plus sign in the green dot at the bottom of the screen to start the parking action
- Enter a license plate or choose a saved contact with the magnifying glass
- Select the desired start date and time and press Confirm
- Choose the end date and time and press Confirm
- Check the details and press Confirm
- The parking action is active
- Stopping earlier or renewing? Press the 3 white dots in the parking action and make your choice

Add contact
- Log in with your email address and password
- Choose in the menu (the 3 lines at the top left): Favorites
- Press the plus sign in the green dot at the bottom of the screen to add a contact
- Enter a license plate and a name and save
- You can find your new contact in your favourites
- When starting a new parking action you will find your contact with the magnifying glass

Increase parking balance
- Log in with your email address and password
- Choose in the menu (the 3 lines at the top left): Favorites
- Press Upgrade
- Choose the desired amount
- Press Pay
- You pay with iDeal
- Select your bank and click Continue
- Under Transactions you can see your top-up history
