You want your company to receive the title Purveyor to the Court. This is an honorary title for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Many conditions apply. You can apply for this award through the municipality.
What do you need to know
- In the past, Royal Warrants were the companies that supplied the Royal House. That sometimes still happens, but it doesn't always have to be the case
- The predicate court supplier is a compliment from the king. You can then use the coat of arms with the Royal Coat of Arms. For example on your website, stationery and building
- The predicate is valid for a maximum of 25 years. You can then apply again

Terms & conditions
- Your company has existed for at least 100 years
- You can clearly show the history of your company's origins
- You can already start the application when your company has existed for 99 years
- Your company is important in the Gooi en Vechtstreek region
- Your business has a respectable history and the owner and staff are of good conduct. There have never been any legal problems
- If you are a purveyor to the Royal Household and your good name (reputation) is damaged, you can lose the honorary title
- You apply for a special anniversary, for example because your company has existed for 100, 125 or 150 years
You cannot apply if:
- Your company is part of a company that already has (had) this honorary title
- Your company is a branch of a foreign multinational
- Your company is a utility or service provider, such as a hospital, nursing home, financial institution, educational institution, funeral home, law firm or notary office
Send along
- An original extract from the Chamber of Commerce, no more than 3 months old, with the names of the directors and board members
- An overview with names and dates of birthhttps://www.nba.nl/themas/controleprotocollen/uitkomst-copro-beoordelin… and home addresses of all directors and board members
- Proof that your company has existed for at least 100 years. Preferably a direct proof of incorporation
- An account of the organization's history. Such as about growth, personnel policy, international affairs and highlights
- A description of the financial position, the developments in the last 5 years, the current business operations and the expectations for the future
- Annual financial reports for the past 5 years
- A report from a public accountant, containing key financial data and a description of the financial position according to it accountant protocol
- Other documents that you consider important to send along. For example, anniversary books or photos of special moments
After your request
- The King's Commissioner conducts extensive research into your company and forwards your application with advice to the King
- You will receive a letter with the king's decision within a year
