What do you need to know
Your notification
- We try to handle your report as quickly as possible. Sometimes we include certain reports in a plan to implement them later. Such as removing weeds from the street or mowing the grass. We take immediate action on urgent reports. Such as a hole in the road or broken manhole covers
- You can enter My Notifications see how your report has been handled. This is only possible if you provided your email address when making the report. If you have made the report anonymously, we can only provide you with information about the report if you have noted the report number
What do you have to do
Notification card
Always check the incident map first before submitting a report. There you can see if your report is perhaps already known. If the report is already on the map, a new report is no longer necessary.
The incident map lists reports in public spaces that we are currently working on.
Green
You can also submit 'green' reports online, for example:
- A flowering lawn with herbs that was suddenly mowed, while this did not seem to be the intention
- Your newly planted tree pit that appears to have been removed
- A tree with damage or a tree that no longer appears healthy
Nuisance from a company
Urgently
You can report urgent complaints via the emergency telephone number of the Omgevingsdienst Flevoland en Gooi- en Vechtstreek: (0320) 26 54 00. This number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Not urgent
If the environmental complaint or environmental emergency is not urgent, please report it using the Environmental Complaint Form of the Omgevingsdienst Flevoland en Gooi- en Vechtstreek . The contact form is located at the bottom of the page under the subheading 'Report environmental complaint'. This is a collective term for reporting all types of complaints caused by companies.

There is an emergency at your company. This emergency has consequences for the environment. First call 112 and then report it on (0320) 26 54 00. This number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can easily submit a report via your laptop or desktop at meldinghilversum.nl/en .
With the app Zo Gemeld you can easily report via your smartphone. Below you can read how to download the app and how the app works:
- You install the app on your smartphone by downloading the Zo Gemeld app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Indicate in the app what the problem is and where the problem is located
- If necessary, add a photo and send your report
- You will receive updates on the handling of the report
