Hilversum bustles with fresh energy every school year when students from groups 7 and 8 from its primary schools come together for the children's municipal council. This year, 20 children from a total of 11 primary schools participated. These young council members devise and implement their own plans. One of the exciting moments for the children is choosing their own children's mayor. This year, Julie (12, de Wilge) took on this role with great enthusiasm. Now that the school year is coming to an end, we look back on a fantastic year together with children's mayor Julie.
