Extra support for children between 2 and 4 years old with a language or developmental delay. They are prepared for primary school through play.
What do you need to know
- A playgroup or preschool is fun and educational for your child. Children learn to share, help others, listen to each other and get along with each other. There is also a lot of attention to language, numbers, colors and shapes
- To prevent children with language or developmental delays from starting primary school, the municipality offers extra support
Extra support
- Children who need extra support are allowed to come for 4 half days. You will need a referral from the child health clinic for this
- You pay a personal contribution for 2 half-days of playgroup/toddler care. This contribution depends on the family income. The municipality reimburses the 3rd and 4th part of the day

What do you have to do
- You register your child for the playgroup via Bink Childcare of Alberdingk Thijm childcare
- If your child needs extra days at the playgroup, please discuss this with the childcare center
