How the Environment Desk works
The Environmental Desk consists of various parts:
- Permit check: With the permit check it is possible to check whether you need a permit. This checker is very extensive and is therefore mainly intended for residents and companies that make frequent requests. You can also ask the municipality whether you need to apply for a permit or report. If you need a permit, you can apply for one immediately
- Request: Immediately request or notification you may add information as drawings. You log in with your DigiD or eHerkenning. The more questions you complete, the less likely your project will be delayed. Please note: applying for a permit costs money
- Lines on the card: Products what rules apply per area or location. Enter your address or search on the map
- Customized measures: Information about what measures you should take to ensure you follow the rules
- My Environment Desk: Overview of your (draft) applications, notifications and information obligations
- We receive your request, notification or information to assess and process it
- We will send you messages via email if you have provided your email address. Otherwise we will do so by post
- As a private individual you will also receive the messages in your message box
Authorize person or organization
You can have an application submitted at the Environment Desk by an architect, contractor or other specialized company. You can find out exactly how this works in the Help center of the environmental counter: authorize others.
