The appraiser will review your appraisal report with you. You can find your appraisal report via the Digital Tax Desk. During the conversation, you can discuss your questions or doubts. Because the appraiser has direct access to your data, we can respond better to your situation.

- The characteristics, such as living area or year of construction, are incorrect
- There is a lack of maintenance or damage, such as an outdated bathroom
- The property has been compared to an incorrect reference property
- If the WOZ value is too high, we will adjust this for you immediately after the conversation
