- You need a report or apply for a permit if you want to place objects above, on or under municipal land
- If you do not have a permit, you run the risk of being fined in addition to the precario tax
- You pay land tax for:
- Building materials and the like
- Containers
- Terraces
- Incidental and permanent pitches

- The rates for terraces are divided into categories 1, 2 and 3. Category 1 are the terraces located in the city centre. Category 2 are the terraces located on the Gijsbrecht van Amstelstraat.
